ACA is deeply flawed and we would have been better off to leave insurance the way it had operated and focus on the uninsured finding ways to cover their needs. Now the entire population has been adversely affected.

You conveniently fail to mention medical industry had us all by the short hairs long before Obamacare. Manufacturing was moving in great part because of cost of employee health insurance. I worked in that now dead part of the private sector and know what the actual facts are.
