We are very happy with Comcast. We switched from Centurylink for the same reasons listed above. Although we could call for better pricing, the picture quality was not good. Very happy with Comcast. As far as their customer service is concerned, I had one problem with the router. Tech spent a lot of time with me over the phone trying to resolve the problem, in fact they even called me back to check on it. Turns out the router needed to be replaced. I chose to drop it off/swap it at their customer service center on 441. Very convenient, and it took me longer to park and walk in, than the actual swap.
