You can go to the VCDD website to get the "rules and regulations", the offices at Lake Sumter Landing.

As for the warrantees, as far as I know, the only warranty that goes beyond the normal 1 year is the building foundation, and you should not need to transfer this as there will be proof when the house was built. I would call home warranty 352-753-6222, and I am sure they can help you with warranty concerns. They can probably also transfer you over to the VCDD to get the 'rules and requirements", but I would expect these would be part of the sales agreement.
