I made my reservation and after 3 phone calls and an email I cancelled my reservation for tomorrow. A dispatcher in Massachusetts told me I would be picked up at 9:40 when my flight is at 2:15. I called 3 times becasue I wanted to hear from someone local that I was going to be pcked up. I emailed also. After 5 hours and no one calling to confirm, I found it best if i just cancelled and went with Village Airport Van. It was 10 bucks more but i have used them before and are reliable. I am getting picked up 1 hour later besides. why wait in airport for 3 hours. I also got turned of when dispatcher informed me there would be no refunds.
I told her "Watch me". contacted credit card company and all is good. Signature may get there act together but at this point in time, i am not prepared to trust this start up
