Many folks would think that common sense would prevail, but now that I read your comment, I can see a problem with that theory. Some folks get hysterical at the sound of "gun." Many of the uninformed or naive still think that when someone mentions a gun, they automatically picture a machine gun or cannon.
In case some do not know it, about 36 states will honor a resident FL CCW permit.
