Does this political, biased comment apply to the thousands of blacks in the inner cities that are hunting and killing each other every day? At the head of the pile Illinois/Chicago.....with some of the strictest gun regulations in the country?
The simplest most impactful regulation that would make an immediate impact is the outlawing of blacks being allowed to own or be anywhere near a gun.
Not intended as a racist comment. Strictly looking at the factual gun killing statistics and reaching a very clear conclusion.
