There's lots of reason for approval ratings. You made up one for Bush that fits your narrative. The fact remains that Obama did NOTHING for his approval rating, just like he did nothing for his Peace Prize. And regardless of what Obie did or did not do, he has NEVER achieved a 90% approval rating, not even close. But, I want you to hang onto your little crumb of hope to make you feel better.
