Who cares? Bush hit the 90% mark and Obama did not. Just proving a point. Like I said before, polls mean nothing. Polls said Hillary was a sure win. Polls said Trump would lose the primary and the general election. Polls can be wrong. As far as I am concerned, they are wrong about Obama. In my opinion, he replaced Carter as the country's worst president.
Obama's approval ratings did not help Hillary get elected, even though he campaigned for her. The approval ratings were wrong about Obama. Point proven on Nov 8th.
