I don't know any plumbers, but can relate with your predicament.
I once cut an unmarked buried electrical line (locate was off) coming into the house, while digging fence post holes Friday evening...of Memorial Day weekend.
The power company didn't charge me at least, because the locate was off by over one and 1/2 feet.
