I charge $50 pp extra per week. For the month I'd charge $400 extra for the two of them. Check out the homes on
www.thevillages4rent.com to get an idea about charges. If someone is having guests just for a few days, I don't charge. I'll charge the extra if it's more than 4 days for the weekly charge. Hope this helps.
