No one is denying that they were fined...just read my link to find out

The law enacted in 1968 states that you cannot discriminate against
those that are here legally (on various visas)...but are not actual citizens.
It has absolutely NOTHING to do with being forced to consider undocumented workers
("illegal immigrants").
