The press core like junkies are desperate for fix (sound bites). the pols recognize that the natives are restless so the report that Trump is updating himself by calling Obama.
This may or may not be true but if true we still have no idea what is being said in this exchange.
It could Trump is calling Obama and voicing his disapproval of Obama trying to do a last minute adjustment with the Iran del and Trump is telling Obama that he is only digging America in a deeper hole?
It could be they are exchanging golfing tips? but in the scme of things this bit of news means nothing
