Its clear that flag burning is protected by the First Amendment and affirmed by the court and by the best jurist this nation has ever had sit on the Supreme Court. Its also clear that the greater majority of people view flag burning and burners in the negative which is a very positive sign.

What we have to watch is when the flag burning goes beyond that point and questionable behavior takes hold. Perhaps then there would be cause to stop/arrest the perpetrator

The First Amendment right is guaranteed to offend someone. Progressives either ignore this reality or are not aware of it. Hence we get the trigger warnings, etc and call for safe spaces .

We see an example of this call for safe spaces at Hampshire university in Amherst,MA where the flag has been removed. Worse yet in the center of town they raised the united nations flag in place of the American flag .
