Obama program to seed and feed the future democratic voting base.

Anybody that is OK with the above, please take a minute and try to explain why it is.

Include in the remarks why it is OK for the government to be expediting, and robbing from other domestic accounts when we have veterens and homeless here in the USA living under bridges.
