Since we don't elect a king or dictator, changing the president every 4 years is nowheres near enough.
The November election will also have every seat in the House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate up for grabs. THAT"S where "change" is needed, as they write the laws, levy the taxes, spend the money and determine what's next on the agenda list.
