You are welcome, Barefoot. I just finished the last episode. I think it is supposed to be a continuing series. I hope so.
Elizabeth was so young at her coronation. The first season of
The Crown ends in the mid 1950s so there is (obviously) still much to tell.
The life of her uncle after he abdicated to marry Wallis Simpson is there, along with the backstory of Princess Margaret and Peter Townsend. I never knew about the impossible situation her sister's great love affair put Queen Elizabeth in. -- 'twas a big, sad mess.
I guess it's not easy being Queen.
