Did they pay a registration fee and then find out they could not effectively participate? Fine, give them their $70 back. It looks like they are more interested in PUNITIVE damages than equity and participation, and now enormous legal fees as well. I'm sorry, but 120,000 Villagers did not cause you to lose your hearing. And wouldn't it really be a kick in the rear if it turned out any or all of these people lost hearing due to their own actions----loud concerts/band members, failing to wear hearing protection in a job that recommended it, etc.
