If, the information posted is correct this was a class action suit. Other than the atty the others likely were talked into it and have not put up any money.
If, I am correct, the others could not stop the case if they wanted to.
The school likely did not have the funds to fight this case so they simply had no choice but to close.
FAR MORE IMPORTANT ON THE LARGE SCALE- will we now discover that things like the golf courses need to wheelchair accessible? Tennis? Basketball?
Sadly, I do not expect this to end with this one suit

Just as an aside, the golf courses make special accommodations for handicapped golfers. One can reserve special carts, and a cart will be delivered to a golf course of your choice.
I've seen them in use numerous times.
