The VHA, president Fred Biggs has written a letter dated 12/3/2016, to Ms, Tutt requesting a search for a method that the LLLC can be restored. I did get a copy, and I am assuming all members of the VHA also got copies.
I am going to wait until the mid December hearing, I am sure there will be no settlement prior to this date. Once the hearing is completed, we should have a better idea of what the next move would be.
In a prior post, I did ask the question if we (the 120,000 - 32) would have a standing in a possible suit against the plaintiffs for the loss of the LLLC. I am sure that we will not be able to get an answer until after the next hearing.
