I am going to wait until the mid December hearing, I am sure there will be no settlement prior to this date. Once the hearing is completed, we should have a better idea of what the next move would be.
In a prior post, I did ask the question if we (the 120,000 - 32) would have a standing in a possible suit against the plaintiffs for the loss of the LLLC. I am sure that we will not be able to get an answer until after the next hearing.
It's probably a long shot, but I like the idea of exploring a suit against the plaintiffs. If property values are being negatively impacted because of their actions... would that be a reason to bring forth a suit?
