I agree completely with your sentiment, but... These social justice warriors and their 'sub culture' of allied world changers have long known that Federal Court is the best way to get your way. It beats trying to resort to the old fashioned method of good old legislation as the Founding Fathers set down. These people are inherently anti-democratic and anti-republican.

Federal judges as you probably know, are appointed (not elected) for life. The appellate level judges all too often seem to be free to legislate judicially and are, in most Circuits, likely to be affirmed on appeal. Not surprisingly, these 32 people brought this suit in Federal court. This pending appeal in Atlanta bears watching.

A President's court appointment powers, at all levels, are so very long lasting.
