Congrats to all of you NEW Villagers! I am sooo jealous. Our home in NJ goes back on the market on Monday. Tried unsuccessfully last year for 6 months, then did a FSBO. No luck. So we are trying yet again. Have multiple St. Joe statues buried and are praying. Please help me out by putting us in your prayers too.
