In TV, I think prices are starting to increase - I think we are past the bottom here. This is also true in other parts of Florida - Martin County and Destin are two locations I am familiar with that have shown a 30 to 60 day increase. Other parts of the country are still bumping along the bottom or still declining.
It seems the first regions to sink the fastest are also the first to recover. Could be because if the market was originally hot enough for the speculators to bring it down, the speculators will be the first to bring it back up again. A good location is a good location.
