Default Which Village should I move to ?

Since it's a buyer's market now, I'm considering not waiting until my Oregon home sells before buying into TV, and hiring someone to do the weekly house-check until I'm able to relocate. The question is...... location, location, location....... which Village to look in ?

I want to be able to walk to the community swimming pool! I want to live within one mile of shopping and services. I'd like to be near the learning center school. I'd like to be within one or two miles from a town square. I'm fussy about noise so not near the choo-choo train, please. My preference is for a 3/2 and I want it to be CBS instead of frame built; and I'd prefer to have fulltime neighbors (but have no control over that).

I know the most logical thing to do is visit TV for the preview and I plan on doing that some time this coming winter (or sooner if I see a good deal); but in the meantime....... I'm asking ...... which Village would best suit my needs?
