There was a previous post about a similar problem where a circuit breaker was causing electrical noise that interfered with the operation of the garage door opener. The problem was found using a RF detector, but you might be able to do this yourself with an AM radio. Try tuning the radio to a portion of the band with noise, then switch each circuit breaker 1 at a time and see if it changes. If it does, leave that circuit off and try the garage door opener, if it works like it did before, then you found the circuit with the culprit. The next step would to start isolating any devices connected to that circuit.
