The federal government is so large and so bureaucratic that it will be unable and unwilling to carry out any real reduction. Do you believe the 535 members of Congress multiple czars will cooperate? Add to that public unions will join in and resist any changes in employment reductions. People are just dreaming if they believe anything is going to change.
