If buying a preowned home through MLS, the seller will normally pick the title co. since he is (usually) providing the title insurance. We recently closed a sale with Freedom Title & Escrow Co., LLC, 133 S. Old Dixie Highway, Lady Lake, FL 32159. 352-633-5195 and found them to be very efficient.
