If you search Google with make and model number, you will get lots of info. After trying several of these with limited success, it turned out to be the motor drive mechanism in the ice cube maker. We used Beck's Appliance repair, he is excellent. This mechanical failure is a common problem, so far the replacement unit has been working well.
