Maybe Trump is fine with his weight and does not particularly wish to contract AIDs in order to lose weight.
And as far as Trump's wife, you are just being stupid and childish now. She said she wished to allow their son a chance to finish school at his present location. But, I am sure that even as stupid as some people can be, they/you already know that.
