...and, once again, this steak and seafood restaurant would be in the $75+ per person range PLUS the standard 20% tip. The martinis would be in the $10 range. How many times per month would you be willing to go there? A restaurant can only operate if there is a profit. The profit depends on being busy every night year round.
Look at the complaints on TOTV about restaurants. They range from too expensive at Cody's to being angry that they were charged for bringing their own Crystal Light to the restaurant.
Sorry, but the upscale restaurant would not work here.
