I have an all electric 3br Bougainvillea in Duval.
The only full months the house was occupied since our purchase in October 2007 was Jan to end of March of 2008. My average electric bill was about $80.00/month for those full months. We did go out to eat more than we normally do but not everyday. I don't know what a full month during the summer with full time A/C will cost, however, in another thread someone asked the same question and most of the respondants said summer electric bills should be in the $100.00/month range.
