It's ALL about the oil and the petrodollars. Countries have to buy dollars to buy oil. Which is good for us.

Then explain WHY Bush or any other President is expected to rely on the Intelligence furnished them? Why not just abolish the Intelligence Division and let every Tom, Dick, and Harry decide since it is abundantly obvious they know all about what decision should and should not be made?
BTW, what credentials do you guys have to know what these other countries had/have in mind?
