Well if you're a child entering school this year...it HAS fallen...white kids are a minority and the new majority is Hispanic. They'll be learning Spanish whether we like it or not.

What "culture"? They have no culture. You mean that made up crap they try to sell us? They're not smart enough as a people to HAVE a culture. They were found in Africa with no written language, no wheel, no domesticated team animals, they're genetically cave men. ALL they can do is destroy the place they're placed in.
Disagree? Name me ONE successful black place...just ONE. Name me a black version of the villages. A black majority school that's at the TOP.
