A certain segment of the tourist market seeks adventure and even a bit of danger in their travel experiences . For example folks travel to Alaska and also to Churchill , Manitoba to get up close to Polar Bears which can provide some dangerous thrills .

Bus tours thru the neighborhoods of Chicago where the shootings take place each day could appeal to the same type of thrill seekers . And it is much easier to get to Chicago than it is to Alaska or the remote parts of Manitoba .

More fees could be charged for weekend and nighttime tours when the possibility of witnessing an actual shooting is greatly increased .
Stadium seating along MLK Blvd. Like watching Mardi Gras from a balcony. Dinner theater? It'll give you something to do between the action. They could even throw out something of value and watch them fight over it like a pack of dogs. Like THEY do in the stores/malls during black friday or christmas sales. Maybe throw out a white guy scheduled for execution...a running man...trying to survive...if he makes it out alive, he's free. Buses would have to be armored and fire proof...still pretty dangerous. It's always better to hold the high ground.

We should get SOMETHING for all the expense we're FORCED to pay for their upkeep.
