Wow!!! In a neighborly energy independence discussion last night a question was raised.

"What are your thoughts about the possibility that the cycle we are in right now, housing, oil, new President still trying to find the men's room, Iran, etc, etc,....that the right here and now....as bad as we think it may be.....is the BEST it is going to be over the next 12-18 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

As long as the "545" continues to do nothing (and why would they change after all these centuries).....it may well be a reasonable assumption.
