I have been a village resident for 3 years. I have done a complete flip on the POA. They lack in public relations but they are the only group that isn't controlled. There are bloggers on here who will always think the developers are perfect. The grandchildren of the developer are far from perfect!
The POA is the reason my house has been resided for free. The POA is the reason my friends got a sink hole fixed. Rather than go on and on...let's just say they are the one group looking out for the residents.
