The faceless tall hood, flowing long robes, up on a horse...it was all to inflict fear on the victim. They rode around without their hoods on all the time. It was when they went to "correct" behavior, that they wore the hoods. Everyone knew who they were.

You liberals you ALWAYS get it wrong. You just blindly believe what someone in "authority" tell you. You ladies, such emotional creatures. You're handicapped buy your emotions. It's the reason for the glass ceiling. That, and you're usually not smart enough.
