We first looked in 2000 and there were 8,000 home. Today there are over 55,000 homes. People are still buying and prices have certainly continued to increase. What will happen in the future? No one really knows. Enjoy each day we have here and the future will be what it will be. Oh, and in 2000 there was a foreseeable build out then too.
