Unless someone is buying here with the plan to resell in the future (which seems counter-intuitive at this age), or aren't ready to buy yet and are wondering how much they will increase by the time they are ready to purchase...I'm not really sure why home values mean much.
Since I am a 'frog,' my children will be the ones that might be interested in it, but they are already well taken care of so my home value until I pass...means next to nothing to me.
