For at least the next two years the senate is R's-52, D's-48. Any plan to replace the ACA would require 60 votes. How many think any plan would get any democratic votes? Pretty slim chance, just like the chances of any supreme court justice getting approved with 60 votes.

Maybe they Dems will not vote for a replacement...so millions of poor and needy people will not have any health insurance because the Dems are showing those Repubs...but most likely my premiums will not be going up 33% a year like they have been! (And I have not been to the doctor for anything other than a check up here or there, and it shows I am healthy)
