Since DirectV was sold to ATT the service has been going down hill, it used to be great. We were customers for 7 years.
We signed up with Comcast Thanksgiving week. They actually installed a week early. The service has been great so far, of course no problems yet. We have a two year contract for cable, Internet and phone. The savings over Direct and and Centurylink is $70 per month with a increase of 6 times the internet speed plus we like the fact that incoming calls come up on our tv screen and the voice remote is very nice. We now have a local person to call when problems come up. Anyway we have been very happy with the xfinity product so far.
