We know Saddam was able to successfully hide aircraft in the desert and we know that Saddam openly used chemical weapon against the Kurds We know WMD can fit in a military truck and be transported easily.

All I am suggesting is that Saddam had plenty of time to moved every trace of his WMD given Bush's delay in moving forward with his plan to go into Iraq .
