This bill was a compromise to get something done for the millions who don't have insurance. Why are there so many problems? First the "Republican" controlled congress did not fund the program as promised, Second, many states like Florida did not opt into the program causing Floridians higher costs, Third...Republicans would not approve a plan that was not controlled by the insurance industry so they control the costs. Third largest lobby in America pumping $$ into the pockets of our representatives.
