For those of you who think there is no decent Chinese food in The Villages, have you tried Bamboo Bistro in the Target mall across from Jim's Golf? It's our go-to restaurant. It's Asian fusion cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, sushi and others with an extensive (not expensive) menu. Every person I've taken there or recommended it to also like it. The food quality and flavors are great, and the service is excellent. The ambiance is good as well. Try it, you'll like it.
