It's interesting how a racist and bigoted painting like that is considered acceptable in today's society and yet many want to change the names of schools to get rid of historic figures such as Jefferson or Washington because they may have owned a slave during a period where slavery was accepted. A good tar and feathering party for the representatives that keep putting the painting back up again after it has been removed, is probably warranted. A vindictive party might hang a Confederate Battle flag by it and see if they feel the same way afterward. I'm sure that the agitating party on the left that continues to hang the offensive painting would say that it is just artistic expression.
