Is there some point to your trying to justify your comment with nonsense? Popularity polls do not ask anyone WHY they give the person a high rating, retard. THey don't even ask Obama about his getting where he is today via Affirmative Action, because he could not do it on merit.
Bush had the higher of the two in polls, just like I said. It doesn't matter when he had it, he just did and Obama has never achieved it.
Obama is a failure, with a great EXIT approval rating. WOw!
