They need to be EQUAL...REALLY equal...not just words equal if they want a seat at the table of the white men. We're deceiving ourselves when we tell the obvious lies about "equality". I'll ask again...show me the woman who is the absolute worlds best. I'll show you millions of men, white men especially who ARE. Same goes for minorities, where are they the absolute TOP besides sports?

You're NOT going to excel as long as there is affirmative action. It just won't happen with lowered standards and quotas. You MUST eliminate the ROOT problem and that's women/minorities reducing the standards and quotas. To get better the bar must be constantly RAISED and NOT lowered. The bar now, to "include" women and minorities is so low, we're digging out the earth beneath it to crawl under it.



They recognize that without the political correct bullsh!t and quotas...they'll be left behind. They NEED affirmative action BECAUSE they can't compete. The "progressives" are women and minorities...all trying to UNLEVEL the playing field to their advantage and they're destroying the country as they do it. EVERY standard has been lowered so they can "qualify". We've gone from #1 to #25 BECAUSE we've "let them play", "given them a seat at the table".

We MUST go to merit based or we're doomed.

When you were a kid, making teams...you picked the girls last because they SUCKED. You didn't go "boy girl...boy girl" to make it diversified. You wanted to WIN, so you chose the boys first. So...WHY do we go against this time proven practice in "real life" situations like school and business? Why do we go "boy girl...boy girl" there? So women and minorities can get a "chance"? BECOME as good as a white man...THEN you'll be treated like one. Blacks dominate the NBA and NFL...there's NO racism there...because they're the BEST. Let that same principle apply to school and business.
