Not quite how I would put it, but I also wonder who, other than lowlifes would want such a coin. I had heard quiet a while ago that coins cost more to produce than they were worth, so they were kicking around the idea of dumping them for paper. I know that whenever I get home from shopping, I immediately dump all my coins. Having them in your pockets is almost as bad as having keys in the pocket, as far as damage to the material is concerned. Shoot, most people don't even use cash anymore. That's what debit cards are for. I guess it is kind of hard to purchase illegal drugs with a debit card. Pretty sure.
