Is your car insurance based on your driving history? Homeowners insurance based on past occurrences? Liability insurance based on your past actions?
ALL insurance is based on YOUR risk. The more they think they'll have to pay out...the higher the premiums. Why do you think you're "special" and should have US subsidize you?
Don't we do ENOUGH for the poor? We house them, we feed them, pay for their TV and cell phone...now we're supposed to keep them alive as long as possible so they can cost us more? Why? What do WE get from them besides misery?
