Review the legislation and policy decisions during the Obama Administration and you will see the pattern developing that "thought alone "was enough of a burden of proof.

#1 If someone suggests Obama's policy is wrong then his thoughts are evil and he is a racist.

#2 If someone suggests that they do not accept the homosexual lifestyle his thoughts are wrong and he is a homophobic

#1 if your a white cop you may want to stay away from dealing with black people because you are already a racist and anything you normally do/protocol is not subject

#2 If you are a baker and your personal belief is such that you do not desire to participate in a same sex marriage. Well you end up paying a substantial monetary and risk losing your business just because of your "thought" And if you are a Christian then your thought concerning homosexuality are so egregious that govrnment policy will be implement to stop you from thinking that way.
